Like previous years, Charukala Utshab 2019, Gazipur has been arranged in order to inspire a creative and humane generation through the practice of innovative arts. The prime purpose of the arrangement is to diffuse the flow of healthy culture against the backdrop of poor taste, from across the timelines; from cities to the remote countryside of Bangladesh. Both prominent and promising artists of the country will participate in the festival to be held at Bhawal Mirzapur, Haji Jamir Uddin School, and College, Gazipur from March 28 to March 31, 2019. The festival will include an art camp, exhibitions, cultural programs, and a traditional folk fair. With the association and help from the participating artists, over two hundred students from various schools of Gazipur will have the opportunity to create
diverse art for three days. The place for the arrangement has been located at the second largest Sal forest area of Bhawal Mirzapur Gazipur. The festival aims to inspire artists to indulge in creating inventive art in a quiet place beyond the chaotic city life, and in a natural environment adorned
with greenery and the midst of the nuances of Bengali culture. Revolving around the arrangement, the festival hopes to become a true artistic get- together for the participating artists, students, and local inhabitants. The beautiful ambiance of the Sal-forest area will be intensified through our art
activities. The theme for this year’s festival is “Beautiful Environment, Artistic Life”. The purpose of arranging the Fine Art Festival is to create a culturally vibrant and beautiful Bangladesh for the present and forthcoming generations.
